Create Your Perfect Spring Retreat in Göcek, Turkey
There are a couple of simple choices to make to create the Turkish retreat that’s just right for you. Choose your preferred room type and get ready to settle your Shen and find a quieter mind and a lighter heart.

1. Your Retreat Details
This is a 7-day / 6-night immersive retreat running from Thursday 8th to Wednesday 14th April 2027. Because there is only one date, the whole group arrives, settles in and goes through all five spirits together, building a shared energy from the opening evening to the close.

2. Select Your Room Type
All eco-lodges are crafted from reclaimed Anatolian wood. They have high-quality linens, comfortable beds, spacious ensuite bathrooms and private garden terraces where you can enjoy the mountain air.

  • Single Eco Hut (£1,495 per person): For those travelling solo. A private, peaceful space with a double bed to rest and connect with nature.
  • Shared Eco Hut (£1,325 per person): Ideal for friends travelling together, or for solo travellers happy to share with a new friend. This option is a single bed in a lodge for 2 people.
  • Single or Shared Standard Rooms (£1,395 Solo / £1,225 Shared): These rooms have three single beds. They don’t have the large vista windows of the Eco Huts, but they offer a cosy, communal atmosphere close to the heart of the retreat.

I’ll always do my best to match you with a roommate for shared stays. If that isn’t possible for some or all of your stay, the single room rate will apply.

3. What’s Included in Your 6-Night Stay
This is a fully immersive experience. Each day is devoted to one of the five spirits of Chinese medicine, and the retreat opens and closes by settling the Shen.

Your Accommodation & Nourishment:

  • 6 nights accommodation in a stunning eco-luxury lodge or a cosy standard room, all with ensuite bathrooms.
  • Delicious, nourishing meals made from local produce and the retreat’s own olive oil: early morning tea/coffee, buffet breakfast, wholesome lunch and freshly prepared dinner.
  • Tea, coffee and water available throughout the day.
  • Full use of the retreat facilities, including the freshwater swimming pool, hammocks, daybeds, gardens and tranquil forest trails.

Your Wellness Journey with Jo:

  • Arrival and closing evening Settling the Shen sessions to open and close the retreat.
  • 5 x Morning Qi Gong Practices, each one shaped to that day’s organ and spirit. Simple movement, suitable for all.
  • 5 x Chinese Medicine Teaching Sessions exploring the Hun, Shen, Yi, Po and Zhi, and how stress, joy, worry, grief and fear show up in the body.
  • 5 x Guided Midday Meditations, held when the heart is naturally most open to stillness.
  • 5 x Acupressure & Essential Oils Sessions in the early evening, giving you simple tools for life back home.
  • Your personal practice journal, a small oils toolkit and a Certificate of Completion. Practitioners can log the hours towards their CPD.
