My One Day Wellness Retreats
Step Into Stillness — Just for a Day.
Take a breath, drop your shoulders, and give yourself a day to reconnect. My one-day retreats are seasonal sanctuaries — gentle, powerful pauses rooted in Chinese medicine and women’s health. Held in beautiful Sussex locations, each retreat offers a deep exhale from the noise of everyday life, inviting you to rest, replenish, and feel more like yourself.
Seasonal Spaces for Realignment
These day-long immersions are crafted to harmonise with the shifting energy of the seasons. From the brightness of summer to the quiet pull of autumn, each one is an opportunity to tune in to your body, the natural world, and what you need most right now. Expect connection, delicious food, nourishing practices, and a sprinkle of magic — all in the space of one day.
Below you’ll find upcoming day retreats. Have a wander, see what resonates, and if you’d like to ask anything, I’d love to hear from you.

Embrace Winter’s Stillness
As nature turns inward, winter invites us to rest, restore, and cultivate deep renewal. This is the season to nourish your roots and
embrace quiet strength.
Join me Sunday, 9th November '25 to slow down and align with winter’s wisdom

Awaken Gently into Spring
As winter loosens its hold and spring begins to stir, this retreat is an invitation to awaken gently. In Chinese medicine, spring belongs to the Wood element.
This is a time of growth, flexibility, and new beginnings. Just as trees stretch towards the light, this is the season to realign your energy, clear away stagnation, and plant the seeds of what you wish to flourish.
Join me - Sunday 8th February 2026, to awaken gently into Spring.
