1. The Promoter

2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or over. International entries are welcome, but travel to the retreat location is not included. The winner must be available to attend the Natural Reset Retreat in Spain from 16–21 June 2025.

3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the official giveaway entry form. Email subscribers receive a bonus entry as a thank you for already being part of the community. By entering, you consent to receive marketing emails from Jo Darling Wellness and Menopoised®. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Giveaway Period
The giveaway opens on Friday 10 May 2025 and closes at 11:59pm (UK time) on Sunday 26 May 2025. The winner will be drawn and announced on Monday 27 May 2025.

5. The Prize
One winner will receive:

6-day Natural Reset Retreat in Spain (16–21 June 2025)

1:1 energetic session with Jo Darling (in-person during retreat)

6. Travel & Expenses
Flights, transfers, travel insurance, and additional personal expenses are not included in the prize. The winner is responsible for making their own way to the retreat venue. Flights will be recommended and group transfer is arranged at an additional cost.

7. Winner Selection
One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries using a random selection tool. The winner will be notified by email within 3 days of the closing date.

8. Claiming the Prize
If the winner does not respond within 5 days of the notification, a new winner will be selected. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative dates.

9. Publicity
By entering, you agree to your first name and country being shared on Jo Darling Wellness and Menopoised® platforms if you win. You may also be invited to share a testimonial after your retreat experience.
