Getting There
The retreat location is at a private house/clinic in Steyning, West Sussex.
Once you have confirmed and paid for your place, full location details will be sent to you.

Join me for a nourishing day retreat during late summer – a time of rich stillness, grounding, and replenishment in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Held at the pioneering Knepp Estate, this day invites you to root down into the Earth element and find your centre through carefully curated seasonal practices.
Experience seasonal acupuncture, gentle Qi Gong, and guided meditation, designed to restore balance and support your transition into autumn.
Swim in the wild natural pond, share a seasonal vegetarian lunch with sweet treats and teas, and connect with the beautiful rewilded surroundings of Knepp – where you might encounter free-roaming wildlife and rare birds.
