Retreat Waiver: Terms of Service

Welcome to Jo Darling Wellness Retreats

We’re thrilled you’re considering a transformative experience with us. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable retreat, we ask you to carefully review our terms and conditions. By joining one of our retreats, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Should you have any questions, we’re here to clarify anything before you book.

Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy

  1. Retreat Pricing
    Our pricing is designed to reflect the high-quality experience offered at Jo Darling Wellness Retreats. Prices are per person and include the retreat package only. Travel to and from the retreat venue is not included.

  2. Deposits & Final Payments
    A deposit is required to secure your spot. Full payment must be completed no later than four weeks before the retreat starts. If you do not cancel your place before this time you are still liable for full payment. 

  3. Cancellations & Refunds
    Deposits are non-refundable. Once the final payment deadline has passed, you are liable for the full payment. This policy applies regardless of circumstances, including personal emergencies or travel disruptions. Travel insurance is mandatory.

  4. Transfer Policy
    Bookings are non-transferable between retreats or individuals.

  5. Retreat Cancellations
    In the unlikely event Jo Darling Wellness Retreats cancels a retreat, you’ll receive a full refund or an option to transfer to another retreat. However, we cannot cover any costs incurred for travel or other arrangements.

Room Assignments

Shared Accommodations
If you book a shared room but do not have a roommate, we’ll do our best to match you with another guest. If we cannot find a match, you may be required to pay the single occupancy rate.

Acknowledgements

  1. Assumption of Risk
    Participation in Jo Darling Wellness Retreats involves physical and emotional activities that carry inherent risks. By signing this waiver, you agree to take full responsibility for your own safety and well-being during the retreat.

  2. Health & Well-being
    It is your responsibility to consult a medical professional if you have any conditions or injuries that might affect your ability to participate. Jo Darling Wellness Retreats does not provide western medical diagnoses, treatments, or prescriptions.

Liability Release

By signing this waiver, you release Jo Darling Wellness Retreats and its team from any claims of injury, loss, or damages incurred during your participation. This includes activities, meals, and accommodations provided during the retreat.

Media Release

You grant permission for Jo Darling Wellness Retreats to use photographs, videos, or testimonials captured during the retreat for promotional purposes. If you have concerns about this, please notify us in writing prior to the retreat.

Final Notes

At Jo Darling Wellness Retreats, your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. By agreeing to these terms, you’re affirming your commitment to fully engaging in the experience while honouring these policies.
