Join me for five nights of deep rest in the Saimaa region, the world’s highest concentration of lakes and islands. This women-only retreat takes place at a boutique eco-hotel nestled between Kolovesi and Linnansaari national parks, where frozen lakes, snow-covered forests, minimal Nordic interiors and a philosophy of simplicity create space for true nervous-system reset.

Our days unfold gently with morning Qi Gong, self care support and deep relaxation sessions, nourishing shared meals prepared using locally sourced, organic ingredients, and plenty of time to enjoy a walk in the quiet winter landscapes or gaze at the stars.

What Happens After Booking?

Once you book, I’ll send:

• Suggested flights and travel guidance
• Once full payment is received 60 days before travel retreat details and welcome booklet will be sent
• Packing guidance and preparation tips

Travel insurance is required and should be arranged when booking.
