About Jo
Jo has been helping people live happier, healthier lives for almost 20 years. She has a degree in Acupuncture and years of extensive study and practice utilising the ancient wisdom of Chinese medicine.
Through her retreats and Acupuncture practice she
has witnessed the profound impact that self-knowledge coupled with bespoke, natural self-care practices can have on people’s lives. She has curated her retreats to give you the rare opportunity to do just that.
Ancient Wisdom
Everything I do is rooted in the ancient wisdom of Chinese medicine and its powerful self-care principles known as Yang Sheng, or the "Nourishment of Life." Through my years of clinical practice, I've seen firsthand how we can transform our health and live well simply by making small, consistent adjustments to how we eat, sleep, move, and think.
I'm passionate about sharing this life-changing knowledge, which is why I created my Substack newsletter, "The Tao of Self Care - Wellness Wisdom for Midlife", it’s where I share my core teachings on wellness for midlife.
